As the winter comes to an end and the snow starts to melt away, the sight of litter strewn across parks, streets and waterways becomes more apparent. Fortunately, the arrival of spring also marks the beginning of a new season of litter clean-ups. With longer days and warmer weather, more and more volunteers are eager to step up and help clean up their communities. City of Jackson, TN departments and local organizations are organizing community-wide events, encouraging people to get involved and work together to make a positive impact. These efforts not only result in cleaner and more beautiful environments, but also foster a sense of community and collective responsibility for the environment.
