The City of Jackson, TN has made it to round two in the Strongest Towns Contest!

As the winter comes to an end and the snow starts to melt away, the sight of litter strewn across parks, streets and waterways becomes more apparent. Fortunately, the arrival of spring also marks the beginning of a new season of litter clean-ups.
