The Jackson City Council will hold a public hearing on the above-illustrated annexation and proposed plan of service for an annexation area identified “The Crossings at Exum Place”, comprising 87.66 acres, more or less. The area is generally described as being located at the north side of Ashport Road between Highway 45 Bypass and Highway 45 North. The proposed zoning is SC-1 (Planned Unit Commercial Development) District, R1 (Single Family Residential) District and B-5 (Highway Business) District.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at City Hall, 109 East Main Street, Suite 107 at 9:00 AM in the George A. Smith meeting room. All interested parties are invited to attend.
