The Jackson Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has received a proposal for the construction of a duplex to be located at 150 Lee Street. If any interested party wishes to submit a proposal for the aforementioned lot, the CRA will begin accepting proposals on Sunday, May 12, 2024. Proposals must include architectural elevations of all four sides of the construction. If a site plan is available, it should be included with the submittal. Proposals will be considered in accordance with the purposes and objectives of the Community Redevelopment Act of 1998 and the CRA’s Redevelopment Plan.

The CRA reserves the right to cancel this RFP, or to reject, in whole or in part, any and all proposals received in response to this RFP, upon its determination that such cancellation or rejection is in the best interest of the CRA. The CRA further reserves the right to waive technicalities in proposals received, if it is in the public interest to do so.
