Age Groups (Birth Year)

Birth certificate is required for all new players.

U6: 2018-2019
U8: 2016-2017
U10: 2014-2015
U12: 2012-2013
U17: 2007-2011

Fees

$42.00 - Under age 6 new participants
$20.00 - Under age 6 returning COJ/JAWS Fall 2023 participants

$37.00 - Under age 8 - Under age 17 new participants
$17.00 - Under age 8 - Under age 17 returning COJ/JAWS Fall 2023 participants

Player Requests

Participants may request one (1) for same-team placement. Request must be made by deadline. Coaches may not be requested.

Equipment

Required items include:
Red & Blue jersey (Great American Sports)
Soccer socks, shin guard, and ball (any retailer)

Soccer Referees Certification Information

The Athletics Department is seeking referees for the 2023-2024 soccer season.

Per US Soccer, new referees must be 13 years of age or older at the time they register.

Soccer Coaches Clinic

Date: Saturday, February 10, 2024
Time: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Location: Westwood Recreation Center

Instructor: Kirk Childers

Wear tennis shoes for playing in the gym. After the clinic, coaches will receive the roster, equipment bag and sign-up for practice. Coaches will also need to fill out the Coaches Disclosure and turn in the Cardiac Arrest, Concussion & Abuse Prevention Form.

4-7 year old: #3 ball
8-11 year old: #4 ball
12+ year old: #5 ball

Players will need thermos of water and shin guards, with players' name and phone number. You do not need to sign up. Coaches and parents are encouraged to attend.
