Staff, Vendors and Volunteers: It is your responsibility to make staff, vendors and volunteers aware that this is a litter-free event.
Advance Publicity: Press releases, TV ads, radio ads and interviews must advertise that the event is a "Keep Jackson Beautiful Litter-Free Event."
Signage: Event banners, flyers, posters, ads etc. should include dialouge pertaining the event is a "Keep Jackson Beautiful Litter-Free Event."
Food Vendors: All food and beverage vendors should be aware that the event is litter-free, vendors should place a sign on their booth containing the location of the nearest trashcan.
Event Announcements: Make an effort to remind event attendees to dispose of trash appropriately.
