Treatment Modalities

Each candidate for the Recovery Court program will be individually assessed for their specific substance abuse/mental health treatment needs.

The Recovery Court Director and Clinical Case Manager will combine all clinical data to formulate an individualized and holistic treatment plan. Recovery Court participants will be required to begin and successfully complete all recommended treatment modalities. The Recovery Court staff will present each candidate’s case to the Recovery Court treatment team for evaluation and treatment planning.  

The City of Jackson Recovery Court participants receive IOP, MRT®, Mental Health Group Therapy, and individual counseling services through services provided by Hope Restored Counseling. Hope Restored Counseling is a licensed substance abuse treatment facility and is funded under a grant contract with the state of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services.

Hope Restored Counseling and The City of Jackson Recovery Court utilize evidence based curriculum for all classes and treatment modalities. Hope Restored Counseling and the Recovery Court staff will provide the following treatment modalities/services free of charge to the participants:

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT®)
Mental Health Therapy Group
Individual Mental Health Counseling
