Treatment Team

The City of Jackson Recovery Court Treatment Team serves as the decision-making panel for the Recovery Court program. Treatment Team is held weekly at the Recovery Court office. The Treatment Team reviews and evaluates each participant’s case. All recommendations regarding compliance, sanctions, incentives, and phase transition are reached by using a consensus model. The Jackson Recovery Court Judge reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding each participant.

The current Treatment Team consists of the following individuals:

4. Nathan Young, Director of the Care Center / Clergy

5. Dianne Sherrod, CPRS -ROPS, West Tennessee Healthcare Lifeline Peer Coordinator

6. Rusty Ballentine, Jackson Police Department

7. Matthew Marshall, President & CEO of United Way West TN

8. Robert Golder, Jackson City Court Public Defender 

9. Damien Nethery, LCSW, Hope Restored Counseling
